I saw this video and loved what Betsy Johnson had to say. I think she is "right on" because cloting design is like coking. It is similar to creative healthy cooking because peopl, especially woman, want to be natural; to look and feel natural. To be cultural in the city means to be involved with food. Food and cooking is a cultural experience. Fresh is the key to being and understanding the world and how we are to survive and go forward to counteract the industrialized ways, the recessions, and depressions in mood and human ecology. This is a way to help fill the void. I feel this way because I am now in the food business for Fresh Hawaiian foods, and agricultural commodities.
